- Steve Banks, Founder & CEO.
23 years general construction experience. Steve has extensive experience in all phases of construction including carpentry, project supervision, project management, estimating, and all aspects of operating a commercial construction firm. Steve is a Service-Disabled U.S. Army Veteran.
- Ralph Bartolotta, President
7 years General Construction with Division21, 15 years Fortune 500 Sales and Marketing Executive with AC Nielsen/Dun & Bradstreet. Ralph joined Division21 in 2001 as president. Ralph has taken a leadership role in managing all aspects of the company’s growth including sales, finance, operations and customer relations.
- Mitch Leff, Co-founder & Vice President, Operations
9 years General Construction with Division21, 11 years Information Technology. Mitch began in the construction industry in 1993 as a carpenter, which he did for 5 years. In 2000 Mitch joined Division21 as Vice President. He has been in charge of project management since 2000, having managed over 300 projects himself. Mitch has managed a team of PM’s for over 4 years, successfully completing hundreds of projects.
- Dick Schlader, Vice President Business Development
6 years General Construction with Division21, 19 years Business Development. Dick has had over 20 years of sales and business development expertise. His primary customers have been fortune 1000 companies and the Federal Government. Dick has built relationships from the employee level to the executive level. He joined Division21 in 2001 as VP Business Development. Dick has leveraged our team to build a strong customer base and gain credibility with new customers by understanding how best to satisfy their needs.
- Bob Williams, Field Manager
2 years Field Operations manager with Division21, 5 years Construction superintendent (3 years with Division21), 11 years labor foreman, Bob’s experience includes successfully supervising dozens of retail store construction projects from small open remodels to big box open remodels. Bob has expertise in recognizing & heading off problems, developing solutions immediately and getting construction projects done on time, even through trying circumstances. Bob has great success in building confidence with our customers and mentoring our superintendents.
